INGREDIENTS:
1. BANANA FLOWER - 40 GMS
2. ONION - 1 (CHOPPED)
3. CHANNA DHAL - 1 1/2 CUPS
4. GREEN CHILLIES - 4
5. DRIED GINGER - 1/2 INCH PIECE
6. FENNEL SEEDS - 1 TSP
7. CHOPPED CILANTRO - 2 TSP
8. CHOPPED CURRY LEAVES - 1 TSP
9. SALT - ACC. TO YOUR TASTE
10. OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
METHOD:
1. SOAK CHANNA DHAL FOR 1 HOUR .
2. GRIND THE SOAKED CHANNA DHAL WITH GREEN CHILLIES AND DRIED GINGER .
3. ADD THE CHOPPED ONION, CHOPPED BANANA FLOWER, CILANTRO, CURRY LEAVES, FENNEL SEEDS AND SALT TO THE GROUND CHANNA DHAL .
4. HEAT OIL IN A HEAVY BOTTOM KADAI .
5. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE VADA MIX AND PAT WITH YOUR HAND AND MAKE SMALL VADAS AND DROP THEM IN TO OIL AND FRY THEM TILL THEY ATTAIN THEIR BROWN COLOUR . SERVE THE VADAS WITH KETCHUP .
