POPPY SEEDS PODI





INGREDIENTS:
1. POPPY SEEDS - 1 CUP
2. RED CHILLIES - 10
3. GARLIC CLOVES - 4
4. SALT - 1 TSP OR ACC. TO YOUR TASTE

METHOD:
1. DRY ROAST POPPY SEEDS AND RED CHILLIES TILL THE POPPY SEEDS TURN LIGHT BROWN IN COLOUR . THIS SHOULD BE DONE ON MEDIUM FLAME AND TRY TO STIR CONSTANTLY . IF THE POPPY SEEDS GETS OVER ROASTED, PODI WILL NOT TASTE GOOD.
2. GRIND THE FRIED INGREDIENTS ALONG WITH GARLIC CLOVES AND SALT . THE YUMMY PODI IS READY . SERVE WITH WHITE RICE AND A LITTLE GHEE ON IT . THIS PODI IS SO EASY TO MAKE AND IT IS SO TASTY . I MAKE THIS PODI WHEN IAM OUT OF VEGETABLES . THIS PODI CAN BE STORED FOR ABOUT A WEEK .
