GREEN BEANS FRY



INGREDIENTS:
1. GREEN BEANS - 300 GMS
2. ONION - 1
3. MUSTARD SEEDS - 1/4 TSP
4. RED CHILLIES - 3
5. ASAFOETIDA - A PINCH
6. TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP
7. SAMBHAR POWDER - 1 TSP
8. SALT - ACC. TO YOUR TASTE
9. OIL - 3 TBSP

METHOD:
1. CUT THE GREEN BEANS IN TO 1" PIECES .
2. CHOP THE ONION LENGTH WISE .
3. HEAT OIL IN A KADAI . ADD MUSTARD SEEDS . AFTER THE MUSTARD SEEDS CRACKLE, ADD RED CHILLIES AND CHOPPED ONIONS . FRY FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES .
4. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, ASAFOETIDA .
5. ADD THE BEANS TO THE KADAI AND SAUTE . ADD SALT TO THE KADAI AND MIX WELL. COOK THE BEANS WITH A LID CLOSED ON THE KADAI .
6. ADD THE SAMBHAR POWDER TO THE KADAI . SAUTE FOR A MINUTE . QUICK BEANS FRY IS READY TO SERVE . THIS CAN BE SERVED WITH WHITE RICE .

SERVINGS: UP TO 4 PEOPLE .
