PANEER PAKODA
INGREDIENTS:
1.BESAN FLOUR - 3 CUPS
2.RICE FLOUR - 3/4 CUP
3.CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 TEASPOON
4.AJWAIN SEEDS - 1/4 TEASPOON
5.GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1/4 TEASPOON
6.GARAM MASALA - 1/2 TEASPOON
7.PANEER - 250 GMS
8.SALT - ACCORDING TO THE TASTE
9.WATER
10.BAKING SODA - A PINCH
11.CANOLA OIL FOR FRYING
METHOD:
1.MIX ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT PANEER AND WATER IN A BOWL.
2.POUR WATER IN TO THE BOWL AND MAKE IT IN TO A PASTE.THE BATTER SHOULD NOT BE TOO WATERY.
3.HEAT OIL IN A HEAVY KADAI.
4.CUT PANNER IN TO PEICES.
5.AFTER THE OIL IS HOT ENOUGH, DIP THE PANEER PIECES IN THE BATTER AND DROP THEM IN TO THE OIL.
6.FRY THE PAKODAS TILL THEY TURN IN TO GOLDEN BROWN.
PREPARATION TIME: 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
THIS IS VERY EASY SNACK TO MAKE ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS. MY SON IS A PICKY EATER AND HE LIKED IT VERY MUCH.
