INGREDIENTS:
1. SWEET POTATOES - 2 (MEDIUM SIZED)
2. TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP
3. CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 TSP
4. POWDERED JAGGERY - 1/2 TSP
5. MUSTARD SEEDS - 1/2 TSP
6. URAD DHAL - 1/2 TSP
7. GRATED COCONUT - 1 TBSP
8. OIL - 3 TSPS
9. SALT - ACC. TO YOUR TASTE
METHOD:
1. PRESSURE COOK THE SWEET POTATOES . LET THEM COOL DOWN . PEEL THE SKIN AND MASH IT WITH YOUR HANDS .
2. HEAT OIL IN A KADAI . ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DHAL .
3. AFTER THE MUSTARD SEEDS CRACKLE, ADD THE MASHED SWEET POTATO, TURMERIC POWDER, CHILLY POWDER, POWDERED JAGGERY, GRATED COCONUT AND SALT . STIR IT FOR 3 TO 4 MINUTES AND THE YUMMY SWEET POTATO CURRY IS READY . SERVE IT WITH WHITE RICE .
