MOONG DHAL SPROUTS SUNDAL





INGREDIENTS:
1. MOONG DHAL SPROUTS - 2 CUPS
2. MUSTARD SEEDS - 1/4 TSP
3. URAD DHAL - 1/2 TSP
4. RED CHILLIES - 2
5. CURRY LEAVES - FEW
6. ASAFOETIDA - A PINCH
7. SALT - ACC. TO YOUR TASTE
8. OIL - 2 TSP

METHOD:
1. HEAT OIL IN A KADAI . ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DHAL, RED CHILLIES .
2. AFTER THE MUSTARD SEEDS CRACKLE, ADD CURRY LEAVES AND ASAFOETIDA .
3. ADD SPROUTS AND SALT . STIR WELL . CLOSE THE KADAI WITH A LID AND LET IT COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES . THE HEALTHY AND TASTY SUNDAL IS READY . THIS CAN BE EATEN AS IT IS OR EVEN CAN BE EATEN WITH SAMBHAR RICE .

SERVINGS: UP TO 2 PEOPLE .
