INGREDIENTS:
1. RAGI FLOUR - 1/2 CUP
2. RICE FLOUR - 1 CUP
3. URAD FLOUR - 1/4 CUP
4. CHOPPED ONION - 1/4 CUP
5. WATER - 4 CUPS
6. SALT - ACC. TO YOUR TASTE
7. OIL
METHOD:
1. MIX RAGI FLOUR, RICE FLOUR, URAD FLOUR, CHOPPED ONION, WATER AND SALT AND MAKE IT IN TO A BATTER . THE BATTER SHOULD BE WATERY .
2. POUR THE DOSA BATTER ON TO THE HOT TAWA JUST LIKE THE RAWA DOSA BATTER . SPREAD SOME OIL AROUND THE DOSA . TURN THE DOSA UPSIDE DOWN AND WAIT FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES AND THE DOSA IS READY TO SERVE . SERVE THIS DOSA WITH THE RED ONION CHUTNEY .
