INGREDIENTS:
1. BREAD - 12 SLICES
2. GHEE - 2 TABLESPOON
3. TOFU - 200 GMS
4. CARROT - 1 (CHOPPED)
5. GREEN CHILLIES - 3 NO.S (CHOPPED)
6. ONION - 1 (CHOPPED)
7. TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TEASPOON
8. CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 TEASPOON
9. PEPPER POWDER - 1/4 TEASPOON
10. GARAM MASALA - 1/2 TEASPOON
11. CILANTRO - FOR GARNISHING
12. LEMON JUICE - 1/2 TEASPOON
13. SALT - ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE
14. OIL - 3 TABLESPOON
METHOD:
1. CUT THE SLICES IN TO PIECES USING A SCISSORS . HEAT GHEE IN A KADAI AND FRY THE PIECES OF BREAD FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES . TRANSFER THE BREAD IN TO A VESSEL AND LET IT COOL DOWN .
2. HEAT OIL IN THE SAME KADAI . ADD THE CHOPPED CHILLIES, CHOPPED ONION AND CHOPPED CARROT AND THEN FRY FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES .
3. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CHILLY POWDER, PEPPER POWDER .
4.SCRAMBLE THE TOFU WITH YOUR HANDS AND ADD THEM NOW . FRY FOR SOME TIME TILL THE WATER FROM THE TOFU GETS EVAPORATED . THIS WILL HELP THE PIECES OF BREAD FROM BECOMING SOGGY .
5. ADD THE GARAM MASALA POWDER AND SALT .
6. ADD THE PIECES OF BREAD NOW AND MIX IT WELL .
7. SPRINKLE THE LEMON AND GARNISH WITH THE CILANTRO . TRY THIS RECIPE WHEN YOU ARE BORED OF SANDWICHES . THATS HOW I CAME WITH THIS RECIPE
