INGREDIENTS:
1. TOFU - 300 GMS
2. ONION - 1 (CHOPPED)
3. GREEN CHILLIES - 3 (FINELY MINCED)
4. CUMIN SEEDS - 1/ 4 TSP
5. TURMERIC POWDER - 1/ 4 TSP
6. CHILLY POWDER - 1/ 4 TSP
7. DHANIYA POWDER OR
CORIANDER POWDER - 1/2 TSP
8. GARAM MASALA POWDER - 3/4 TSP
9. SALT - ACC. TO YOUR TASTE
10. CILANTRO FOR GARNISHING
11. OIL - 3 TBSP
METHOD:
1. HEAT OIL IN A KADAI . ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND THEN ADD THE MINCED GREEN CHILLIES AND THE CHOPPED ONIONS . FRY FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES .
2. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CHILLY POWDER, DHANIYA POWDER AND SCRAMBLED TOFU . COOK IT FOR SOMETIME TILL THE MOISTURE IN THE TOFU IS ABSORBED .
3. ADD GARAM MASALA, SALT AND MIX IT WELL . FRY FOR ANOTHER MINUTE AND TURN OFF THE STOVE .
4. GARNISH IT WITH CHOPPED CILANTRO LEAVES . THE TOFU BURJI IS READY TO SERVE .
THIS CAN BE SERVED WITH WHITE RICE, CHAPATHIS OR EVEN USED AS A STUFFING IN SANDWICH OR PUFF .
