INGREDIENTS:
1. GARLIC - 2 PODS
2. GHEE - 1 TSP
3. PEPPER POWDER - 1/ 2 TSP
4. SALT - ACC. TO YOUR TASTE
METHOD:
1. HEAT GHEE IN A KADAI .
2. PEEL THE GARLIC PODS AND ADD THE GARLIC CLOVES TO THE KADAI .
3. ADD SALT AND PEPPER AND CLOSE THE KADAI WITH A LID . THE STOVE SHOULD BE ON LOW FLAME TO AVOID BURNING OF THE GARLIC . COOK IT FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES TILL THE GARLIC IS COOKED AND LOOKS LIGHT BROWN IN COLOR . THIS GARLIC CAN BE HAD WITH PLAIN WHITE RICE OR ANY DHAL RICE .
