BROCCOLI PEPPER FRY


BROCCOLI PEPPER FRY IS AN EASY TO MAKE CURRY AND IT TASTES WELL TOO . ITS A KID FRIENDLY RECIPE . PACK THIS CURRY WITH SOME WHITE RICE FOR LUNCH BOX AND THEY WILL LOVE IT . BROCCOLI IS RICH IN VITAMIN C AND FIBER AND IT IS GOOD TO INCLUDE IN THE KID'S DIET ONCE IN A WEEK AT LEAST . ADDING ONION AND CUMIN SEEDS ENHANCES THE TASTE TO THE CURRY .


INGREDIENTS:
1. BROCCOLI FLORETS - 400 GMS
2. ONION - 1
3. CUMIN SEEDS - 1/2 TSP
4. COARSELY GROUND PEPPER - 1 TSP
5. SALT - ACC. TO YOUR TASTE
6. OLIVE OIL - 2 TBSP

METHOD:
1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN . ADD CUMIN SEEDS TO IT .
2. CHOP THE ONION AND THEM TO THE PAN . SAUTE FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES .
3. ADD THE BROCCOLI FLORETS TO THE PAN . LET IT COOK TILL THE BROCCOLI IS HALF COOKED .
4. ADD SALT AND PEPPER AND STIR WELL . COOK FOR ANOTHER MINUTE AND THE CURRY IS READY TO SERVE .

SERVINGS: UP TO 3 PEOPLE .
